This Information Text, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), is written by the data controller Frigo Nevnak Ulus.Nak. Trade Ltd. Ltd. ("Frigo Nevnak") was written with the aim of enlightening data owners regarding the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data collected through the camera system used in their locations.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The camera recording information collected is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, for the purposes of ensuring the security of Frigo Nevnak's locations and the relevant persons associated with Frigo Nevnak.

2. Parties to which Personal Data Can Be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer

The personal data collected is used within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in the KVKK, for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-business security of the relevant persons who have a business relationship with Frigo Nevnak and ensuring the security of the locations belonging to Frigo Nevnak and pursuant to 8 of the Law. Within the conditions specified in the article, Frigo Nevnak Ulus.Nak. Trade Ltd. Şti., its suppliers and legally authorized institutions and organizations.

3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Personal data is collected through the camera system located at the locations. Personal data collected for the legal reasons stated above can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this Information Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

4. Rights of Data Owners and Exercise of These Rights

• In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, data owners,
• Learning whether personal data is processed or not, 
• Requesting information if personal data has been processed, 
• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose, 
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
• Requesting correction of personal data in case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, 
• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the KVK Law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems, 
• Requesting compensation for the damage in case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data, has the rights.

Personal data owners may submit their requests regarding their above-mentioned rights to the Relevant Person, their requests regarding their personal data via this method if a separate method is determined by the KVK Board, or to Frigo Nevnak Ulus.Nak. Trade Ltd. Şti.. with the application form or via Frigo Nevnak Ulus.Nak. Trade Ltd. Ltd. “Muratbey Mh. Transformation Sk. No: 3A Çatalca / İstanbul, in writing and with wet signature, or by sending it to our registered e-mail address frigonevnak@hs01.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature.

These rights are granted by personal data owners to Frigo Nevnak Ulus.Nak.net located at https://www.frigonevnak.com.tr/. Trade Ltd. Ltd. If it is submitted through the methods specified in the KVKK Policy, it will be evaluated and finalized within 30 (thirty) days. Although it is essential that no fee is charged for the requests, if the process requires an additional cost, the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board is reserved.
